Unakvere Wind Farm is planned in the Põhja-Sakala and Viljandi municipalities, next to Unakvere village. The project foresees up to 12 wind turbines, each with a maximum height of 250 metres, and an estimated annual production of around 205 GWh of green energy. The area offers favourable wind conditions and suitable terrain, making Unakvere a promising location for renewable energy generation that can contribute both environmental and economic value to the region.
