Local Collaboration and Impact
We aim for Grønnvoll Solar to deliver its first power to the grid in the second half of 2029, with an estimated annual production of 100 GWh.
At Vindr, we work closely with Åmot Municipality and local landowners to ensure that the project is developed responsibly and provides value to the community.
Through collaboration with the grid operator, we are exploring upgrades to the existing grid infrastructure. Together with new local solar generation, this could create opportunities for new industrial development in the region.
The project is also expected to bring positive ripple effects during construction and operation – including local employment, the use of regional suppliers, and ongoing service and maintenance work.
